At ICONA VAPE, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for unused, sealed items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids and used coils cannot be returned once opened.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship Items Back

Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our returns center; please retain your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
